1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services offered by mentorbox through the coaching clinic for managers in transition, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services Offered

mentorbox provides professional coaching sessions, group workshops, and related support materials designed to assist managers in transition. Details of each offering are provided at the time of purchase.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information when registering, to comply with all applicable rules and guidelines during sessions, and to respect the confidentiality of other participants.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are due in full before scheduling any session or before access is granted to digital products or goods. Payments are processed through our secure payment processor and are displayed at checkout.

5. Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Policy

5.1 Coaching Services

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session date are eligible for a full refund of the fees paid. Cancellations made between 2 and 7 days before the session may qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 2 days prior are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation. Each session may be rescheduled once without fee if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Customized package sessions are non-refundable once coach time has been reserved, as mentorbox allocates dedicated resources in advance.

5.2 Digital Products

Digital offerings such as e-books, worksheets, and video modules are delivered instantly upon purchase. Given the nature of immediate delivery, these products are non-refundable. If you experience any technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us via the contact form and we will address the issue promptly.

5.3 Goods

Physical items purchased through mentorbox may be swapped for a different item or refunded within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a swap or refund, please use the contact form. Shipping costs to send back the item are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by mentorbox, including text, graphics, logos, and videos, are owned by mentorbox and are protected under applicable law. Users may not reproduce or distribute these materials without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mentorbox shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
